            Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend HB3305 on page 2, section 9, line 13, following the words “Thomas Jefferson” by striking out the period, and inserting a comma and the following:

“and the treatment and contributions of historic minorities, including but not limited to African Americans, Native Americans and women.”
